· Material is HRC and HRCP Over rolled prime and Non-Prime.

· Material is to be sold based on Non-claimable and without Mill Test Certificate.

· 15.000 mt (+5/ - 20%) Final quantity is according to final quantity dispatched.

· All material is to be sold as one lot without segregation or selection and to be dispatched in one shipment. Packing list is not final and some deviations are possible.

· GCC, Egypt, and India markets are excluded to be sold in it.

· Please note that the L/C must show partial shipment to be allowed.

· 100% irrevocable L/C at Sight opened from a bank acceptable for the Sellers opened within max 5 working days from the date of contract signature.
