xinyu recently concluded 11,000 mt HRC with Posco for Korea at USD598/mt FOB for 2.2mm - 11.8mm thickness with　SPHC / SS400, plus freight USD12/mt, CFR price should be USD610/mt CFR at least.

they also sold ship plate to Vietnam at USD648/mt FOB for 8-20mm thickness.

both shipment should be in Oct/Nov.
