Enclosed you will find a list of hot rolled coils subject to unsold and mill’s final reconfirmation. If you are interested on it, pls submit your firm bid under the following main conditions :
a) Bids to be presented up to January 20th.
b) Quantity: Preference will be given for full list proposals (20,066.1 mt);
c) Price: To be presented in the condition CFR FO discharging port net/net;
d) Payment: L/C at sight opened through a 1st class bank within 2 working days after the business is concluded and confirmed. +/- 10 pct tolerance on both quantity and amount. Partial shipment must be allowed.
e) Inspection: If necessary, to be carried out at the port of shipment;
f) Quality: certificate will be provided outside L/c
g) Full lot to be shipped up to February / March 2009.
h) Shipment shall only take place after L/C is considered fully operative.
i) Other conditions: to be mutually agreed;
j) Material is sold on a no claim basis

Pls note that :
1) Material of each list must be shipped under a single BL and paid with a single LC.
2) Tolerance +/- +/- 20% per item and in total
3) As these are all stock cargo, No claims will be accepted.
4) The reference list, if included, is to be taken only as a guide and can be changed and/or be replaced by Hylsa at any time without notice.

8) For container shipment incoterm will be: CPT- name place of destination (port of arrival) Cargo stuffed into container, landed at container yard.
9) Coils over 12 ton in weight will have to be divided in two coils in order to make feasible container shipment.
10) Payment: An irrevocable L/C at sight must be opened nolater than48 hs from the order confirmation through a first class bank
11) Latest Date of Shipment: 30/04/2009
12) We cannot guarantee the age or the classification of the vessel;
