orders of HRC with Novolipetsk shall be applied the size extra as
follows:
1.5 / 1.6mm : + USD15/mt
1.75mm : + USD10/mt
1.95mm : + USD5/mt
2.0mm and up: no extra (USD400/MT CFR Hochiminh)
